NOTE: All surgeries are performed AT Faribault Veterinary Clinic http://www.faribaultvet.com/

$150 females/males includes a spay/neuter & rabies/distemper vaccines. $20 additional for flea/tick/ear mite treatment.

This program is for low income owners only, and for cats older than one year old. If you have kittens or young adults, MnSnap.org and PurpleCatVet.com are other great low cost programs in Minnesota. Keep them inside until they are spayed/neutered!

Cats who are declawed are exempt from our program.
Designer cats / cats from a breeder are exempt from our program.
We reserve the right to decline service if we feel our low cost spay/neuter program is being taken advantage of.

BRING this form to your appointment. Check-in is at 8:00am.

You MUST be confirmed with Julie PRIOR to your arrival. She will send you a text the day prior to your appointment.

One carrier per cat. Please use a hard-sided carrier (no soft carriers). We recommend using larger size carriers. Check-in at 8:00am the day of spay/neuter.
